Voices of the Valley MLK Jr. Celebration

4th Annual MLK Jr. Celebration

Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 11:30am - 1:00pm 

You’re warmly invited to Voices of the Valley, a special 

Martin Luther King Jr. community celebration bringing together 

art, music, food, and inspiring community leaders 

as we honor Dr. King’s legacy of justice, unity, and love.   

This gathering is open to our congregation and the entire 

San Fernando Valley community. 

Come connect, reflect, and celebrate the voices that continue 

Dr. King’s dream—right here in the Valley.

All are welcome. Bring a friend, a neighbor, and an open heart.   

CWS Blessing Bag Project

You are invited to join the CotC Community & World Service Board 

on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 11:30am, to help pack 250 Blessing Bags 

to give to the homeless and hungry in the San Fernando Valley. 


Each Blessing bag contains food, water, socks and basic hygiene items.

Aqua Buddies Swim Lessons offered at the CotC Pool

Swim lessons Ages 6 months - 102 years

Aqua Buddies has received approval from the city and health department

to open up the pool at Church of the Chimes. In the wake of Covid-19 we 

have implemented new policies and procedures to keep all our instructors

and families safe and healthy as this is the utmost priority for Aqua Buddies.

Our lessons will be scheduled to accommodate requirements for social 

distancing, and the cleanliness of the facility will be maintained to ensure 

everyone's swimming experience is a safe one. We look forward to getting

back into the pool and seeing all of your smiling faces. Happy Swimming!
